The secret of our potatoes begins in the ground. We only use Agria variety potatoes that have a yellower flesh and a special flavor. It is a very tasty potato, perfect for our production process.

We use only sunflower oil and fry the potatoes in a large pan, slowly, as we would do at home if we had many guests. The process has to be slow, ensuring at all times that the potatoes do not burn. Through full temperature monitoring we know when they are perfect.
